Job description5-7 years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting, preferably in a SaaS or tech-driven environment. Ability to work independently, source strong candidates, and be self directed Proven track record of quickly hiring for technical roles such as Software Engineers, Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and UX Designers. Strong proactive sourcing skills with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter Lite, AI, Boolean search, and other sourcing techniques. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with hiring managers and candidates. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), Talent Intelligence Platforms, and other recruitment technologies (we currently use JazzHR, but are always exploring alternative tools). Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Recruiter to join our team and drive the hiring efforts primarily for our Product and Engineering teams. This role will focus on sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent for roles such as Software Engineers (front-end and back-end), Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and UX Designers as examples. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building strong proactive talent pipelines, partnering with hiring managers, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Own the full-cycle recruiting process for technical roles, from sourcing to offer stage.
- Partner closely with our Engineering and Product leadership to understand hiring needs and develop targeted and effective recruitment strategies.
- Proactively source and engage with passive candidates using LinkedIn, AI, Boolean search, GitHub, and other sourcing tools.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technical talent for current and future hiring needs.
- Screen candidates for technical, cultural, and motivational fit, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, while providing prompt guidance and feedback to hiring teams.
- Leverage data and analytics to track key recruitment metrics and optimize hiring processes dedicated to driving down time to fill while also measuring quality of hire.
- Ensure a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for new hires.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in technical recruiting.
