MSI Metro Sales Inc. is seeking a Technician in our Field Service department to support the Fargo, ND Territory. This customer facing role will travel within their assigned territory to install, maintain, troubleshoot, or repair MSI Metro Sales Inc. equipment while delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities :

• Provide on-site technical support for all certified products.
• Schedule service calls with clients.
• Maintain and properly document inventory and required paperwork.
• Punctuality is key in service, it is critical to maintain accurate, on-time scheduled appointments.
• Adhere to MSI Metro Sales, Inc.’s service policies and procedures.
• Complete assigned training and certifications.
• May lift, push, pull up to 50lbs occasionally.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
