Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Metallurgy, engineering, or related field. Minimum of 1 year experience in a manufacturing environment. Proven experience as a Process Analyst or a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or steel industry. Technical knowledge of metallurgy and metal processing. Experience in stainless steel production preferred. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Effective organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Understanding the steel industry’s supply chain and requirements is an advantage. Ability to effectively communicate (verbal and written) at all levels. Ability to work collaboratively and independently. Ability to travel up to 20% of the time with overnight stays. This role may require occasional travel to meet with suppliers, key internal individuals at all plants. Office-based with regular hours with occasional requirements to adjust schedules based on operational needs or urgent purchasing requirements.

Job Title : Product and Technical Services Manager
Location : Bridgeville PA
Department : Sales and Marketing
Reports to : VP Sales and Marketing
Key Responsibilities :
- Operates as the single point of contact for all communications regarding product quality associated with all facilities.
- Acts as the technical lead within the Commercial Group working with our technical disciplines.
- Administers and resolves claims.
- Collaborates with inside Sales to resolve claims and issue credit memos.
- Coordinates educational opportunities with outside sales team, external representatives, and customers.
- Manages Corrective Action Report (CAR) as it pertains to customer claims.
- Charts continuous improvement initiatives including bringing new ideas to the company, financial justification, and prioritizing.
- Develops tools for the Sales team and customers to communicate company capabilities.
- Collaborate with Finance to investigate all Accounts Receivable discrepancies.
- Maintains company website as it pertains to qualifications and approvals.
