Our global solutions team is seeking an experienced SAP BPC Technical Lead to play a key role in delivering and optimizing enterprise planning and analytics solutions for our global media and entertainment client organization. This role will focus on designing, configuring, and maintaining SAP BPC environments to support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation. You will collaborate closely with corporate technology, business teams, and Project Managers to deliver scalable, high-performance SAP planning solutions across multiple business sectors, including Supply Chain. The BPC environment is 2021; however, if your experience is from a prior version, we want to hear from you.

Our ideal resource combines deep technical expertise in SAP BPC with a strong understanding of enterprise planning processes and analytics architecture. You will serve as a hands-on technical lead responsible for solution design, configuration, and performance optimization, as well as for guiding engineering best practices across teams. This role provides the opportunity to contribute to large-scale enterprise transformation projects and collaborate closely with Project Managers and technical leaders to help modernize planning systems in a global environment.

We are setting up interviews immediately. This role will be hybrid onsite 3 days / week in the Studio City & Burbank, CA area.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design, configuration, and implementation of SAP BPC solutions supporting enterprise planning, forecasting, and consolidation.
• Oversee system architecture and configuration to ensure reliability, performance, and scalability of SAP BPC environments.
• Deliver planning and analytical capabilities by developing EPM reports, script logics, and BADI-based enhancements.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to analyze requirements and deliver end-to-end planning and analytics solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within BPC and BW environments, including data flows, integrations, and performance tuning.
• Develop technical specifications, configuration documents, and testing procedures to support implementation and maintenance.
• Apply governance and security best practices for user access, data integrity, and compliance across planning applications.
• Partner with data and analytics teams to ensure seamless integration with BW4HANA, S / 4, and other SAP components.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and ensure adherence to engineering standards and best practices.
• Participate in fit-gap analysis, system upgrades, and solution design workshops to validate requirements and propose scalable designs.
• Research emerging technologies and recommend strategies for continuous improvement and future roadmaps of BPC and SAC platforms.

The base range for this contract position is $70-$80 per hour, depending on experience.

Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires across all US locations. Within the range, pay is determined by work location and additional factors including skills, experience, and education. Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered.
