Job Description Overview :

The Server Technical Marketing Engineer plays a critical role in delivering exceptional technical support and product guidance to our valued customers. This position ensures customer satisfaction through proactive issue resolution, technical expertise, and effective communication. The candidate will serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams, driving product excellence and customer success.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Provide expert-level support for customer escalations and design-in inquiries.
• Assist post-design-win customers with specification clarifications.
• Manage escalations using a ticketing system, ensuring timely updates and resolutions.
• Address high-priority escalations from Platinum-level customers.
• Support testing and issue resolution for major customer launches.
• Facilitate technical training and Q&A sessions for customers.
• Troubleshoot and document customer-specific issues.
• Draft professional customer communications.
• Maintain knowledge of customer designs and suggest solutions during product shortages or misalignments.
• Advocate for customer needs within development teams.
