Job Summary :
We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to join our Supply Chain Technology division. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and drive the execution of end-to-end implementations of supply chain ERP modules. You will be responsible for managing the product lifecycle, defining technical requirements, and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems to enhance supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for ERP module implementations.
- Drive end-to-end product development and deployment of supply chain ERP solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, IT, and operations teams to ensure successful system integration and process optimization.
- Define and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business impact.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with vendors or internal teams to resolve technical challenges.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in supply chain technology and ERP systems.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new system functionalities.
