We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to join our team. This role will be pivotal in overseeing the successful delivery of two to three technical projects at a time within our SaaS environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a PMP certification being highly , and experience with Agile Scrum methodologies being a significant advantage.

This position requires exceptional coordination skills to manage cross-functional project teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities :

• Project Planning and Execution : Develop, manage, and execute project plans, schedules, and budgets while adhering to Agile Scrum practices where applicable.
• Team Leadership : Lead cross-functional teams consisting of developers, QA testers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
• Stakeholder Management : Communicate project progress, risks, and changes effectively to all stakeholders, including executive management, clients, and team members.
• Risk Management : Identify, mitigate, and manage project risks and issues. Proactively address any obstacles to project success.
• Quality Assurance : Ensure that all project deliverables meet the company's quality standards and align with customer expectations.
• Resource Allocation : Manage resources effectively, including human, financial, and technological assets, to optimize project outcomes.
• Documentation : Maintain comprehensive project documentation including project plans, meeting notes, status reports, and lessons learned.
• Change Management : Oversee change requests, assess impact, and implement changes with minimal disruption to project timelines.
• Performance Metrics : Implement and track project metrics to evaluate performance, productivity, and project health.
