The Role
We’re looking for a Technical Recruiter to scale our Product and Engineering teams as we build the core technology powering Valence’s enterprise AI platform. You’ll own technical hiring across product management, software engineering, machine learning, and design — ensuring we bring in builders who thrive in deeply technical, high-velocity environments.

What You'll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting across Product, Engineering, ML, and Design roles.
- Partner with technical leadership to define role profiles, scorecards, and high-precision evaluation loops.
- Build diverse candidate pipelines using advanced sourcing techniques and targeted outreach.
- Drive a fast, rigorous, signal-rich interview process for highly technical roles.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to hiring managers on market insights, org design considerations, and long-term talent planning.

Location and Work Environment
This role is 3 days a week (Tues - Thursday) minimum in office in Union Square. Candidates must be comfortable working with colleagues in different time zones (UK), and have valid travel documents without work authorization restrictions in the US.
