Position Overview

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Technical Recruiter to lead high-volume recruiting efforts for engineering, manufacturing, skilled trades, and industrial positions while serving as a trusted partner to our client. This hybrid role combines remote recruiting with regular onsite support to maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and employees. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced staffing environment, excels at managing multiple requisitions simultaneously, and is passionate about delivering quality talent quickly

Key Responsibilities

High-Volume Technical Recruiting

Manage a high-volume requisition load for engineering, manufacturing, skilled trades, and technical positions.
Source qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels.
Conduct phone screens and technical qualification interviews to evaluate candidate experience and fit.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback throughout the hiring process.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive technical talent.
Drive recruiting efforts to meet aggressive hiring goals and workforce ramp-ups.
Maintain accurate candidate records and activity within the ATS and CRM.
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding.

Client Partnership & Onsite Support

Serve as a primary recruiting contact for assigned client locations, providing onsite support as needed.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.
Support new hire onboarding, orientation, and compliance requirements.
Monitor attendance trends, employee engagement, and retention during onboarding periods.
Conduct regular onsite visits to build relationships with employees and client leadership.
Assist with resolving employee concerns and escalate issues when appropriate.
Provide recruiting metrics, hiring updates, and workforce reporting to internal leadership and clients.

Qualifications

2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within staffing or agency recruiting.
Experience recruiting for engineering, manufacturing, industrial, skilled trades, or other technical positions.
Proven ability to manage multiple high-volume requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
Strong sourcing skills using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and networking.
Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office.(Avionté, Workday, Kronos, or similar)
Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently while balancing remote recruiting with onsite client support.
Strong sense of urgency with the ability to prioritize competing hiring needs and deliver results.
