Overview :
We are seeking an IS Customer Support Specialist to provide IT support services via call center, email, and ServiceNow for end users. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of IT troubleshooting, network diagnostics, and customer service while ensuring adherence to ITIL Incident Management standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Respond to calls, emails, and instant messages related to IT issues.
- Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve / route IT incidents and service requests.
- Document all customer interactions in ServiceNow.
- Provide on-call support as needed.
- Process IT Global Event Notifications and support ITIL major incident / problem management.
- Participate in department meetings and documentation updates.
