Pro Care Property Solutions is looking for a thorough Maintenance Technician to undertake the responsibility of preserving the good condition and functionality of the premises. You will perform general maintenance tasks of great variety and make ready move-in preparations. The goal is to maintain the buildings and common areas in optimal condition. Responsibilities Conduct general upkeep procedures and other tasks as requested by Property Managers. Repair structural damage, such as windows, doors, and walls. Fix broken or leaking plumbing to prevent water damage. Address electrical issues, including shortages or severed wires. Maintain HVAC equipment for proper climate control. Undertake activities of pest control such as spraying insecticide. Perform Semi-Annual Inspections on all units. Ensure safety by addressing potential hazards. Work with the Property Managers to perform and schedule unit turnovers and prep for new move-ins. Report work performed or needed via iPad on third-party software. Track hours and receipts for work performed. Qualifications Proven experience in property maintenance. Knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and general repairs. Painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and HVAC repair. Certification in any of the fields mentioned is a plus. Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices. Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills. Good physical condition and strength. High school diploma or equivalent.
