Y / N\n\nJob Requirements\n\n2 years of MRI experience required\n\nFirst-time travelers accepted\n\nMust be registered in MRI ARRT or ARMRIT\n\nGE and Siemens MRI experience required\n\nEPIC required\n\nMust have experience with : \n\nAnesthesia\n\nPediatric sedations\n\nVentilator / ICU patients\n\nGeneral pediatrics (including non-sedated patients)\n\nConditional device scanning (Pacemakers, ICDs, stimulators)\n\nUsing SAR or B1RMS guidance and adjusting parameters as needed\n\nLevel II Trauma experience required\n\nDepartment Details\n\n3 MRI scanners : \n\nGE Architect 3T\n\nGE Artist 1.5T\n\nSiemens Sola 1.5T\n\nAll are wide-bore scanners.\n\nScans performed on all ages—from infants to geriatrics.\n\nConditional implant exams done daily; candidate must be experienced and able to follow manufacturer scanning conditions.\n\nOperating hours : \n\nWeekdays : All 3 scanners 8a–8p or 9p\n\nWeekends : 2 scanners 9a–9p\n\nDepartment operates 24 / 7\n\nScheduling & Call\n\nDepartment uses 12-hour, 10-hour, and 8-hour shifts\n\nWeekday + weekend scheduling required\n\nHoliday rotation required\n\nBack-up call required on 3rd shift : \n\nCalled in only if primary staff calls out\n\nMay also be called in for high volumes (rare)\n\nPatient Types / Environment\n\nWide variety of MRI exams\n\nAcute care facility—requires experience with high-acuity environments and similar hospital settings
