HR Innovation And Continuous Improvement Analyst

TTM Technologies, Inc. is a leading global manufacturer of technology solutions including engineered systems, radio frequency ("RF") components and RF microwave / microelectronic assemblies, and quick-turn and technologically advanced printed circuit boards ("PCBs"). TTM stands for time-to-market, representing how TTM's time-critical, one-stop manufacturing services enable customers to shorten the time required to develop new products and bring them to market.

We are seeking an HR Innovation and Continuous Improvement Analyst to drive process improvements and modernize HR operations. Reporting to HR Operations Leadership, this individual contributor role focuses on optimizing HR processes, leveraging Workday capabilities, and implementing innovative solutions including AI technology to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead continuous improvement projects to streamline HR processes and increase efficiency
  • Conduct process analysis to identify automation opportunities and eliminate inefficiencies
  • Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and solve HR operational challenges
  • Develop metrics to track process improvements and demonstrate business impact
  • Champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across HR operations
  • Drive operational excellence initiatives that eliminate inefficiencies and reduce administrative burden across HR functions
  • Streamline end-to-end HR service delivery to ensure seamless and positive employee experiences
  • Design and implement employee journey mapping to identify pain points and opportunities for enhancement
  • Partner with HR operations and shared services teams to standardize processes and improve service quality
  • Develop and monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and operational metrics to ensure consistent delivery
  • Lead initiatives to simplify HR policies, procedures, and communications for better employee understanding
  • Create feedback mechanisms to continuously gather employee input and measure satisfaction with HR services
  • Champion employee-centric design principles in all HR technology and process implementations
  • Establish best practices for case management and employee issue resolution
  • Drive automation of routine HR transactions to free up time for strategic, high-value interactions
  • Serve as a Workday HCM functional expert, understanding system capabilities and opportunities
  • Provide business requirements and feedback to the HRIS team for system enhancements
  • Partner with HRIS on testing and validation of Workday updates and new functionality
  • Support Workday adoption through training, documentation, and user enablement
  • Identify opportunities to better leverage Workday features for improved user experience
  • Partner with HR Business Partners to understand operational pain points and business needs
  • Translate business requirements into scalable solutions and standardized processes
  • Support change management for new processes and HR initiatives
  • Research and recommend AI-powered solutions to enhance HR processes
  • Develop use cases for generative AI and automation in HR operations
  • Partner with technology teams to pilot and implement AI tools
  • Create training materials and guidance on new HR technologies

Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3+ years of HR experience with focus on operations, process improvement, or technology
  • 3+ years working with Workday HCM as a functional user
  • Experience leading process improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
  • Project management experience managing multiple initiatives
  • Understanding of HR operations and service delivery best practices
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Professional HR certification (SHRM-CP / SCP, PHR / SPHR)
  • Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt)
  • Experience with AI implementation or HR technology projects
  • Background in change management or organizational development
  • Familiarity with employee experience platforms and journey mapping

    Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in New York, California and Colorado. For California-based roles, compensation ranges are based upon specific physical locations.

    Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to : a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition of Foreign Person visitors by badge differentiation; c) understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
