This team delivers integrated, end-to-end support and advisory services covering valuation modeling, cost optimization, restructuring, business design and transformation, infrastructure and real estate, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and sustainability. Work You'll Do You will develop technology strategies to increase a company's profitability, catalyze growth, and ultimately deliver value across the stakeholder set. You will determine the platforms to adopt, the architectures to build, the ways of working to change, and the capabilities improvements required to operate at efficient scale. As a trusted advisor, you will be expected to craft quality deliverables and effectively manage the team and day-to-day relationships - whether on a small engagement or as part of a larger transformation. Senior Consultants will synthesize overall strategy by analyzing a wide variety of solutions, selecting the most relevant tools / techniques to meet specific client requirements such as business case, pricing, or complex financial analysis, and interpreting and reporting on outputs. You will participate in setting engagement objectives and scope; develop work plans for components of engagements, coordinate activities between work streams and identify changes in scope. Senior Consultants will also design deliverable content to precisely reflect the engagement contract, and client needs and strive to improve deliverable quality through verification and validation of results.

Required Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years consulting / and or industry experience
• 2+ years of experience creating project materials, including roadmaps, presentations (PowerPoint), business case, business process and transformation plans, etc.

• IT Service Management Assessment
• Application Assessment
• Data Management Strategy and Architecture
• IT Process and Tool Deployment
• IT Cost Optimization and Effectiveness
• IT Service Delivery and Outsourcing Assessment
• IT Governance, Operating Model, and Delivery Model Assessment
• IT Financial Management Analysis (e.g. dashboards, charge-back models)
• Process Frameworks : IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL), ISO 20000, COBiT
• ITIL : Service Strategy, Service Design, Service Transition, Service Operation, Continual Service Improvement and the processes in each of these five lifecycle phases
• Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries / sectors you serve

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $88,600-$163,100. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
