Job Description : Automated Technology Specialist
Overview : We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Automated Technology Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for operational activities, assisting in the installation of technology systems, managing inventory, and providing on-site support for automated technology deployments. The ideal candidate will have a background or degree in Engineering Technology, Environmental Science and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Operations and On-Site Oversight : Oversee and assist in the installation of automated technology systems at client sites, ensuring proper setup and operation.
- Inventory Management : Assist with tracking and maintaining parts inventory, ensuring necessary parts and components are available for deployment and maintenance.
- Collaboration and Communication : Liaise with SePRO / EutroPHIX specialists and partners for deployment needs and project updates. Ensure seamless communication with the team and stakeholders.
- Training and Technology Transfer : Provide training for SePRO specialists, partner technicians, and applicators on the operation and maintenance of automated technology systems.
- Documentation : Maintain accurate records of parts usage, inventory levels, and project specifics. Document maintenance protocols, stress testing results, and system performance data.
- System Testing : Conduct unit stress testing to determine the lifecycle of hardware and software. Report any issues and assist with troubleshooting during the testing phase of new systems or beta software releases.
- Off-Season Maintenance : Support off-season maintenance and unit preparation for the next deployment cycle.
- Maintenance Protocols : Develop and document standard maintenance protocols to ensure the proper functioning of systems and components.
- Bug Reporting and Testing : Help identify, report, and track bugs related to software and hardware performance, providing feedback for improvements.
