KPMG is currently seeking an Associate, Technology Transformation COE to join our Automation organization.
Responsibilities :
- Build robust, maintainable bots in Automation Anywhere A360, applying design patterns, error / exception handling, credential vaulting, and logging observability; produce and maintain solution documentation (PDD / SDD / TDD), unit tests, and deployment runbooks; support UAT and production cutovers
- Integrate with enterprise systems via APIs / REST, databases (SQL), files, SAP / ERP transactions, and web applications; orchestrate deployments via Control Room with appropriate rolebased access
- Monitor and support production automations, triage incidents, and drive rootcause fixes and continuous improvement; follow platform governance : change control, coding standards, reusable component libraries, and secure secrets management
- Collaborate crossfunctionally (BA, QA, PM, SA) to prioritize backlog items and deliver value in sprints; communicate status, risks, and dependencies clearly
- Implement bot tasks under the guidance of senior developers; write unit tests and address review comments; execute data extraction, screen automation, and document processing (including IQ Bot / Document AI) following patterns and guardrails; contribute to migration or enhancement tasks (for example : v11A360) and small fixes
- Own endtoend delivery for small / medium automations : solution design, build, test, deploy, handoff to support
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
