Job Description

We seek a dynamic Technology Manager to lead AGS’s business intelligence infrastructure’s delivery and modernization. The role will focus on integrating advanced technologies such as AI and Machine Learning to drive innovation, efficiency, and scalability within the technology stack. The role is responsible for establishing, developing, and updating internal enterprise software development standards and best practices for Data warehouse architecture, ETL workflows, mappings, and transformations, including Snowflake and Matillion.

The successful candidate will oversee the back-end modernization of new products, enhancements to existing products, and production support with a strong emphasis on bringing innovation and improvements. Must drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development quality and velocity.

This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of software development practices, and the ability to collaborate effectively with highly matrixed cross-functional teams in a global environment.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership and Management

Lead and manage development teams, providing direction and support to ensure alignment with project objectives and delivery timelines.

Responsible for establishing, developing, and updating Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) standards (including but not limited to Snowflake, Matillion, SQL, Python, Java, Shell scripting) to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.

Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.

Identify and mitigate risks related to development activities.

Per Pay Transparency Acts : The range for this position is $138,100 to $165,000 + bonus potential of up to 20%.
