Description : POSITION SUMMARY
The Digital Technology Operations Specialist will play a critical role in supporting and optimizing digital platform operations within our organization. This individual will provide expert technical guidance, manage vendor relationships, and ensure the seamless functioning of digital services. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical and problem-solving skills who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Serve as the technical expert for digital platforms, providing in-depth support and troubleshooting as needed.
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure service quality, accountability, and alignment with company objectives.
- Oversee daily operations of digital platforms to ensure maximum efficiency, uptime, and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational issues and implement timely solutions.
- Develop and implement operational best practices to streamline processes and improve digital service delivery.
- Monitor platform performance metrics, analyze system issues, and coordinate maintenance or updates as required.
- Document operational processes, troubleshooting guides, and solutions to promote knowledge sharing across teams.
