Role Summary

As an RIA Technology Associate, you will work closely with the Director of Investment Operations to manage and support the various technology platforms used by our advisors, including Orion Advisor and Salentica. You will play a vital role in providing training, troubleshooting, and guidance on these systems, as well as assisting with technology-related projects. This is a hybrid position located in the Charleston, South Carolina Metropolitan Area, offering a unique opportunity to develop and apply your technical and organizational skills in a collaborative and professional setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for technology-related inquiries, assisting advisors with navigation, troubleshooting, and training on platforms such as Orion Advisor and Salentica.
• Manage the creation and maintenance of reports within Orion Advisor and help advisors utilize its full functionality.
• Support the onboarding and ongoing training of advisors and staff on new and existing technology offerings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of technology-related projects.
• Assist with system enhancements and updates, ensuring platforms are utilized efficiently and effectively.
• Provide detailed reporting and documentation of technology usage and project milestones.
• Quickly adapt to and proficiently use new technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
