RESPONSIBILITIES
This role supports both internal technology leadership and external client- facing consulting across small, middle-market, and large group EmployeeBenefits accounts.
The consultant serves as a systems expert across HRIS and ben-admin platforms while driving operational efficiency and technology adoption.
Lead client-facing consulting on Employee Benefits technology systems.
Support HRIS and benefits administration platforms, including ADP, Paylocity, Paycom, Paychex, PlanSource, bswift, and Workday.
Serve as a lead internal resource for Employee Navigator and BenefitPoint.
Troubleshoot data, eligibility, deductions, and system integrations.
Assist with setup and oversight of EDI feeds with payroll vendors.
Document workflows, conduct QA testing, and support Open Enrollment processes.
QUALIFICATIONS
Strong Employee Benefits knowledge across multiple funding structures.
Hands-on experience with at least two HRIS / benefits administration systems.
Technical proficiency with data structures, file formats, and system testing.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to clients.
Experience supporting EDI feeds and integrations highly preferred.

This job is fully remote.
