SUMMARY:
Profectus Multifamily Management (PMM) is looking for a dynamic and experienced Property Manager to support and execute company strategies related to property management operations for our Killeen, TX, location. The Property Manager will directly oversee various tasks related but not limited to staff performance, marketing, leasing, collections to generate revenue, entering invoices and purchase orders, administrative duties, resident relations and customer service, resident retention, ensure property goals are being met, and execute compliance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations. The Property Manager will report directly to the Operations Manager.

The Property Manager’s physical requirements and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
