Job descriptionLead technology implementation for process improvement. Coordinate and document project activities like meetings and testing. Conduct training sessions for user and department success. Collaborate with Technology Partners to deliver projects, including specifications and testing. Provide timely, high-quality product administrative support. Gather and maintain client insights to drive innovation. Enable cross-functional collaboration with departments and technology teams. Uphold McKinstry's technology solutions and standards. Produce detailed documentation like PRDs, test plans, and training materials. Create product deliverables such as wireframes and prototypes. Collaborate with IT, consultants, and vendors for solutions and integrations. 7+ years in architecture, engineering, construction, or professional services. 3+ years in a construction technology role. 1+ year of people management experience. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; advanced Excel and SharePoint skills required. Knowledge of Autodesk tools and construction software like Stratus, Bluebeam preferred. Strong financial and analytical skills. Experience in a matrixed environment preferred. Willingness to travel; ability to walk job sites. Personal transportation required; reimbursed. Strong project and product management skills. Excellent written, oral, organizational, and analytical skills. Ability to quickly learn and identify trends in specific business domains. Experience with Agile methodologies preferred. Interest in technology solutions to improve efficiency and profitability.
