Job descriptionLead and manage digital transformation initiatives, focusing on process optimization, automation, and operational efficiency. Analyze existing workflows and systems to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for digital enhancement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new tools and technologies into existing operations. Drive the adoption of innovative platforms such as cloud solutions, ERP systems, and data analytics. Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing technical team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Serve as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams to ensure seamless project implementation and organizational buy-in. Train and support employees on new systems and technologies to ensure successful adoption and utilization. Oversee the end-to-end execution of key technology and digital transformation projects, ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes. Develop KPIs to track the success and ROI of transformation efforts. Manage technology budgets and allocate resources effectively. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in a senior technology leadership role (CTO, VP of Technology, or equivalent) combined with hands-on experience in digital transformation initiatives. Strong expertise in IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, software development, cybersecurity, and data analytics. Demonstrated success in leading complex digital transformation projects, including ERP systems and process automation. Exceptional project management, analytical, and strategic thinking skills. Experience in manufacturing Familiarity with SAGE ERP systems or other enterprise platforms.
