About the Role :
As our Technology Project Manager, you will take ownership of technology-driven projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently, within budget, and on schedule. You will lead the planning and coordination of technical resources, timelines, integrations, and deliverables, working closely with cross-functional teams to meet project goals. Your role involves proactively identifying technical and operational risks and resolving any issues that arise during the project lifecycle, ensuring that quality standards are consistently met. Reporting directly to the Head of Technology, you will maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, translating technical details into actionable insights, and ensuring alignment across teams. This role requires strong technical acumen, leadership, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
About the Candidate :
The ideal candidate for the Technology Project Manager role is a highly organized, results-driven professional with a proven track record in managing technical, e-commerce-focused projects from initiation through delivery. They are comfortable working across technical and non-technical teams, managing multiple priorities, and driving execution in fast-paced environments. The individual should be an effective communicator who can translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders and build strong working relationships with internal teams, senior leadership, and external partners. They bring a detail-oriented mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high quality solutions on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage end-to-end technical project plans, timelines, and resources, ensuring smooth execution across systems and teams.
- Oversee technical requirements, systems integrations, APIs, and platform dependencies related to e-commerce and fulfillment workflows.
- Monitor budgets and allocate resources to meet project goals, deadlines, and technical requirements.
- Identify and resolve risks or issues to keep the project on track.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and provide regular progress updates.
- Ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards and are aligned with company expectations.
- Work closely with all other departments, including senior management, logistics, customer service and operations, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including scope, requirements, and change requests. Document lessons learned and best practices for future projects.
- Oversee project closure activities, including final delivery, validation, SOP rollout, and sign-off.
- Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate success, capture lessons learned, and identify areas for process and system improvements.
