KPMG is currently seeking a Manager to join our Enterprise Contracting Technology Center organization.

Responsibilities :

  • Apply a thorough understanding of contract components to manage and execute system enhancements, driving the requirements process to improve template creation, searchability, and deployment, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives for both current and new contract management systems
  • Manage the overall integrity of the contract template and clause libraries including metadata and usage guidelines; analyze contract data to establish protocols that ensure consistency and accuracy across internal platforms and tools
  • Interface regularly and effectively with business partners and professionals for initiatives that improve end-to-end workflows for template management, driving process enhancements to increase efficiency and automation in submission, review, and approval cycles
  • Provide development and delivery of training programs, user documentation, and support functions. Establish and enforce protocols for effective system use and serve as a primary escalation point for user-related issues
  • Support firm-wide initiatives to modernize contract templates; apply good judgment to protect the organization, ensuring outcomes align with the strategic goals of enhancing consistency and mitigating contractual risk
  • Understand, support, and contribute to organization's strategy and contribute ideas and feedback within department; promote the benefits of change and act as a catalyst for change across the organization. May oversee work product(s) and lead entire small projects, managing deadlines, expectations, and often contributing to staffing decisions and supervising the work performed by more junior staff
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment

Qualifications :

  • Minimum five years of recent experience managing processes and projects, applying expertise to make concrete decisions that impact the organization within a large IT environment, professional services firm, or similar environment is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college / university is required. Master's Certificate or industry certifications from National Contract Management Association (NCMA) from an accredited college / university is preferred
  • Ability to establish credible relationships and become a trusted advisor to engagement teams and business leadership; capability to advocate for leading contract lifecycle management practices, with an interest and acumen for understanding legal matters
  • Strong verbal / written communication skills, reading comprehension, and critical thinking skills with ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of responsibility and authority; ability to prioritize, delegate and foster the development of high-performance teams to lead and support an environment driven by customer service and teamwork is required; proficient in Microsoft tools
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.     California Salary Range : $101200 - $215100
