In this role, you’ll partner closely with the Senior Director of Sales Technology and collaborate across Sales, IT, Enterprise Capability, Finance, and Procurement teams. You’ll work alongside leaders and practitioners responsible for delivering and evolving Salesforce as the core platform supporting Slalom’s global sales organization.

What You’ll Do

  • Support execution of the Salesforce‑centric sales technology roadmap in partnership with the Senior Director of Sales Technology
  • Translate business priorities into clear delivery plans, managing requirements, timelines, and dependencies
  • Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to deploy and optimize Salesforce and connected sales tools
  • Coordinate integrations, data quality improvements, testing, release readiness, and post‑launch stabilization
  • Support rollout and adoption of AI‑enabled and agentic sales capabilities
  • Track Salesforce usage and adoption, identifying opportunities to improve workflows and productivity
  • Partner with Sales and Operations teams to drive continuous platform optimization
  • Collaborate with Finance and Procurement to manage licensing, vendors, and renewal visibility
  • Support governance forums, executive updates, and performance reporting
  • Help rationalize overlapping tools to ensure a scalable, efficient sales technology ecosystem

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience supporting Salesforce or similar enterprise sales technology platforms in a complex, cross‑functional environment
  • Strong ability to translate business priorities into coordinated delivery plans in partnership with IT, Sales, and Operations teams
  • Familiarity with integrations, data quality initiatives, testing cycles, release readiness, and platform adoption efforts
  • Experience tracking usage, adoption, performance metrics, and managing vendors, licensing, and renewal cycles
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with a detail‑oriented, execution‑focused, and collaborative mindset

    Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this role, we are hiring at the following levels : Business Operations Manager. Targeted base pay salary ranges are as follows by location : $100,000–$149,000 for roles based in Atlanta, Austin, Charlotte, Chicago, Columbus, Dallas, Denver, Detroit, Minneapolis, Nashville, Philadelphia, and St. Louis; $108,000–$162,000 for roles based in Boston, Los Angeles, New Jersey, New York City, Orange County, San Diego, Seattle, and Washington, DC; and $118,000–$177,000 for roles based in San Francisco and Silicon Valley.In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
