Job Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Senior Recruiter to join our Technology team. This role requires a passion for building relationships, an eye for talent, and a commitment to providing unparalleled service to our clients. As a Senior Recruiter at Landing Point, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and placing top-tier professionals within the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Candidate Sourcing:
    • Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and engage with high-caliber candidates.
    • Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
    • Build and maintain a network of industry professionals to ensure a continuous pipeline of talent.
  2. Client Engagement, dependent upon incoming level:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
    • Provide personalized and thoughtful service, ensuring clients feel valued and understood.
    • Act as a trusted advisor, offering insights and guidance on talent acquisition strategies.
  3. Search Execution:
    • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial client briefing to candidate placement.
    • Present qualified candidates to clients with detailed and insightful candidate profiles.
    • Coordinate and facilitate interviews, providing feedback and managing expectations throughout the process.
  4. Market Intelligence:
    • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape.
    • Provide clients with up-to-date information and advice on market developments.
    • Leverage market insights to enhance search strategies and deliver superior results.
  5. Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with colleagues to share knowledge, support each other's searches, and achieve team goals.
    • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
    • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to continuously improve skills and knowledge.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience in executive search and recruitment for Technology roles including software engineering, data engineering, quant development, infrastructure and IT.
  • Knowledge of Boolean search strings
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Passion for delivering outstanding service to clients and candidates.
