Chief Technology Officer

As Chief Technology Officer (CTO), you will define and drive Omnidian's technology vision, strategy and execution during an exciting and pivotal phase of innovation and scale both within the company and industry. Reporting to both the President and CEO roles, you will lead Engineering, Data Science, Data Management and Security and be a member of the Senior Executive Leadership Team. You are responsible for developing and executing a cross-functional technology strategy, including capability development, data science, enterprise architecture, AI and automation initiatives, and Agile delivery practices. You'll partner closely with Product Management, Operations, and Go-to-Market functions to deliver forward-looking, scalable solutions that fuel Omnidian's growth and impact. This role is both strategic and hands-on, ideal for a tech leader who thrives in high-growth environments and communicates clearly across every layer of the business.

Preference for Seattle but open to candidates who can relocate or travel to Seattle.

Experience You'll Need

20+ years of experience in software engineering or technology leadership, with 8+ years in a senior executive role

Deep experience building technology teams and capabilities at companies going through rapid, nonlinear scale across multiple industries at the Series B and C stages and beyond

Proven success scaling B2B platforms in a high-growth, Agile environment with a focus on data management, insights and science

Deep technical expertise in software development, data science, cloud architecture, infrastructure, and security

Demonstrated experience leading or integrating AI / ML or automation solutions into business workflows

Track record of building and leading distributed teams with exceptional communication and collaboration

Preference for Seattle-based or willing to relocate or extensively travel

Experience That's a Plus

Experience in clean energy, solar, storage or IoT environments
