We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Mid-Level Business Analyst with a strong background in SQL and documentation to join our dynamic team in the financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities :
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for new and existing processes.
Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and process workflows.
Utilize SQL to extract, analyze, and validate data to support decision-making and project initiatives.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and finance, to ensure solutions align with business goals.
Identify and recommend process improvements to optimize business operations and enhance system functionality.
Support project lifecycle activities, including testing, training, and post-implementation reviews.
Conduct financial data analysis and reporting to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for the organization.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
4-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in financial services.
Proficiency in SQL for querying and data analysis.
Strong understanding of financial services processes and regulations.
Strong understanding of the SDLC
Excellent documentation skills with experience using tools like MS Office, Visio, or similar software.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills :
Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
Familiarity with data visualization and reporting techniques.
