Job description

DataShur is currently seeking a Lead IT Dentrix Support technician in the Denver Colorado area.

This is a remote position with occasional travel to client sites

Relocation is available for this position!

DataSHUR is a managed IT services company with exceptional Customer Service to the Dental industry.

As a Lead IT Dentrix Support Technician, you will :

  • Support the Dentrix Applications
  • Remote support
  • Help desk
  • Data Backup and recovery
  • Network security
  • Client facing
  • Assisting with day-to-day operations as needed

Basic Qualifications :

  • 1 plus years of Dentrix & Dexis support experience
  • Strong customer service experience
  • CRM management experience
  • Experience with Autotask ticketing or similar
  • Experience with Datto RMM or similar remote management tools
  • Datto BCDR or similar back up recovery
  • IT Glue or similar web-based Configuration management tool
