Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong analytical mindset. Superior communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Advanced degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. Experience with software development practices and frameworks conducive to fast-paced development environments. Previous leadership role in a technology-driven project or team.

Our innovation team is at the forefront of integrating advanced technologies to transform user experiences. We are seeking a Senior Technology Innovator with deep expertise in LangChain, Generative AI, and rapid prototyping to lead our technological initiatives and drive groundbreaking developments.
Responsibilities :
- Lead the integration and application of LangChain and Generative AI technologies in developing new products and services.
- Spearhead rapid prototyping efforts to quickly test and iterate on new use cases for AI-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers and UX designers to ensure that technological innovations enhance user experiences.
- Conduct research and stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and related fields to continuously improve and innovate our technology stack.
- Mentor team members in best practices for AI development and implementation.
- Develop and maintain code, primarily using Python and JavaScript, to implement AI solutions and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
- Design and implement APIs and integrations to connect various technologies and enhance the functionality of our products.
