A company is looking for a T3 Technology Support Associate I to provide exceptional service and support to customers in a multi-channel environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries via telephone, chat, and email
Establish and maintain professional relationships with internal and external customers
Utilize product knowledge to offer technical support and troubleshoot the T3 Platform
Required Qualifications
High school diploma required; Associate's Degree or higher preferred
At least 3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center
Ability to acquire new skills quickly and adapt to change positively
Working knowledge of G-Suite applications
Passion for helping others and providing exceptional service
