Job Description We are seeking a seasoned Network Infrastructure Engineer to support and maintain a highly critical and redundant network environment. This role is part of a team responsible for ensuring network stability, performance, and security in line with regulatory standards. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting complex network issues, designing and implementing secure network solutions, and supporting a suite of tools including Cisco firewalls and switches, RSA authentication systems, and SolarWinds monitoring. You will also be engaged in fulfilling NERC CIP requirements, ensuring the organization remains compliant. This hybrid role requires regular onsite presence in Louisville / Simpsonville, KY and includes participation in an on-call rotation for 24 / 7 support. Duties and Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve highly complex network infrastructure issues.
• Design and implement network solutions for improved efficiency and security.
• Install, configure, and support EMS network equipment including firewalls and switches.
• Develop, review, and implement firewall rules and policies.
• Perform vulnerability assessments and apply patches to maintain NERC CIP compliance.
• Manage and monitor authentication systems including RSA and TACACS / ISE.
• Utilize SolarWinds for proactive network monitoring and analysis.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to provide 24 / 7 support. Required Experience / Skills
• Proven experience with Cisco networking equipment including switches and firewalls.
• Hands-on experience with RSA Two-Factor Authentication and TACACS / ISE systems.
• Familiarity with SolarWinds or similar network monitoring tools.
• Working knowledge of NERC CIP compliance standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Must be able to obtain NERC CIP clearance. Nice-to-Haves
• Prior experience working in highly regulated or critical infrastructure environments.
• Background in utility or energy industry network systems.
