Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Telcom Domain SME

Position type : Permanent.

Duration : 6 Months

Location : Remote

As a Telcom Domain SME with react you will :

Part time(50%) with Wholesale and International Settlement knowledge.

We are seeking a highly knowledgeable and experienced Telecommunications Domain Subject Matter Expert (SME) specializing in Wholesale and International Settlements. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in telecom industry practices, particularly in wholesale operations and international settlement processes. They will be responsible for providing strategic guidance, technical expertise, and operational support to ensure efficient and effective wholesale operations and international settlements within the organization

Wholesale Operations Management :

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of wholesale operations, including interconnection agreements, wholesale service provisioning, and billing processes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize wholesale revenue and margin, minimize costs, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline wholesale processes and improve service delivery to wholesale customers.

International Settlements :

  • Lead the development and implementation of international settlement strategies, policies, and procedures.
  • Manage bilateral and multilateral agreements with international carriers and partners.
  • Ensure accurate and timely settlement of inter-carrier traffic, including reconciliation of traffic records and resolution of disputes.

    • Regulatory Compliance :

  • Stay abreast of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to wholesale operations and international settlements.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and reporting requirements, including those related to interconnection agreements and settlement procedures.

    • Technical Expertise :

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on telecom industry standards, protocols, and technologies relevant to wholesale operations and international settlements.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to resolve complex issues related to interconnection, routing, and traffic management.

    • Stakeholder Engagement :

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, finance, legal, and operations teams.
  • Act as a key liaison with external partners, industry organizations, and regulatory authorities on wholesale and settlement-related matters.

    • Performance Analysis and Reporting :

  • Develop and maintain performance metrics and KPIs to monitor the effectiveness of wholesale operations and international settlement processes.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for management, highlighting key trends, insights, and areas for improvement.

    • Skills Required :

  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, with a focus on wholesale operations and international settlements.
  • In-depth knowledge of telecom industry practices, standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong understanding of wholesale business models, interconnection agreements, and settlement processes.
  • Proficiency in analyzing complex data sets and identifying actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results in a dynamic environment.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CCIE, ITIL) are a plus.

    PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS :

    Pay Range

  • 124,500 - $ 146,000 Per annum.
  • Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
