We are seeking an experienced Client Partner with experience in Product Engineering and Engineering Services within the Telecom industry . The ideal candidate will have established relationships with key telecom players, driving business growth and strategic partnerships. This role requires a blend of business development, account management, and consultative sales expertise to expand our presence in the telecom sector.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key telecom clients to drive business growth.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Telecom sector, focusing on Product Engineering and Engineering Services .
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams, including Engineering, Delivery, and Presales , to ensure seamless execution of projects.
Drive revenue growth through strategic account planning, client engagement, and solution selling.
Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and partnership agreements.
Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and account retention through proactive engagement and support.
Work closely with delivery teams to ensure projects align with client expectations and business objectives.
Qualifications & Experience :
Experience in client management, business development, or sales within the Telecom industry .
Proven experience in Product Engineering and Engineering Services .
Established relationships with major telecom players is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of telecom technologies, digital transformation, and engineering solutions .
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to develop and execute strategic account plans that drive revenue and long-term partnerships.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
Preferred Skills :
Experience working with 5G, IoT, cloud computing, and network transformation projects.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong focus on client success.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
