Responsibilities The Call Center Operator is responsible for providing communication services for the hospital. The successful candidate will be able to : Operate an intelligent, multi-line phone console system Process in-coming, out-going, and inter-facility calls Appropriately utilize the over-head paging system in response to codes and alarms Provide friendly and efficient customer service to each caller Qualifications Job Requirements : High school diploma or GED required
