Job description
What you’ll do
Manage and support phone systems across 20–30 hosted / VoIP call centers (8×8), including building out new systems and coordinating with the vendor on deployments and circuit needs.
Handle telecom expense management , ensuring all telecom costs are coded and allocated correctly through Tango.
Assist with operational changes , supporting other telecom analysts with moves, mergers, and acquisition-related telecom transitions.
Who you are :
5 + Years of Experience
1. Technical VoIP experience : understanding common VoIP protocols, networking protocols
2. Telecom billing : working with ISP’s and being able to coordinate new circuits and decommissioning of circuits
3. Telecom expense management and managing inventory – All done currently through tango
Location : Austin, TX Onsite 5x a week
