Job Description

As a Revit Technician on our Telecom Team, you will play a key role in our design and documentation processes for data centers and telecom co-location facilities.  You will utilize Revit to produce high-quality Building Information Models (BIM).  The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a collaborative approach to working with multidisciplinary teams.  An understanding of data center layout and design is desirable, but not required.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain detailed Revit models for various data center and telecom projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project standards and guidelines
• Prepare and manage construction documents, including plans, elevations, sections, and details, using Revit
• BIM Management : Assist in the implementation and management of BIM workflows and standards with the project team
• Coordination : Coordinate with technical lead and QA / QC team to resolve any discrepancies or conflicts within the model, including clashes between different building systems
