Job description
Corporate Counsel – Telecom Transactions
Join to apply for the Corporate Counsel – Telecom Transactions role at T-Mobile .
This role involves negotiating, drafting, and revising complex commercial agreements in telecommunications, advising internal clients, and supporting strategic legal and business matters.
Qualifications include 2-4 years of relevant legal experience, a JD from an accredited university, current bar membership, and excellent communication skills. Experience in telecommunications is preferred.
The position is full-time, with locations in Overland Park, KS; Bellevue, WA; or Frisco, TX. The base salary ranges from $123,200 to $222,200, with a 15% bonus target.
