We’re hiring IT / Telecom Field Technicians! We’re in need of Travel Techs that have reliable transportation and like providing speedy and efficient customer service. This position will be providing service in a full office setup, existing clients' troubleshooting needs, and most specifically assisting with rolling out updates across multiple networks. You will be working in a commercial work environment, not a residential one. This positions starts out as a 1099 position with the opportunity to become full time after probationary period.
Individual transportation is required as this is a travel position that will cover the Greater Seattle Metro Area.
Shift : Days, 8a-5p, OT as needed
Job Requirements :
- 2 years minimum experience in low voltage or telecom
- Wiring, set up, install of networks : Cat5E, CAT6, Coax, Wireless & Analog
- Understanding of configurations and network infrastructure
- In-depth knowledge of cable and jack repair
- TCP / IP, Routers, WAPs, Wireless, and other networking devices
- Reliable personal vehicle, Laptop, own cable tools, Ladder
- No Dial Tone phone system troubleshooting
