The Role
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a vital role in preserving the pristine condition of our luxury properties. You'll be responsible for performing various maintenance tasks, ensuring that our apartments and common areas meet the exacting standards our discerning residents expect.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to resident maintenance requests
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment
- Diagnose and repair issues related to HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and appliances
- Maintain the aesthetic appeal of the property through painting, light carpentry, and general repairs
- Assist in the preparation of vacant units for new residents
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergency maintenance
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory
- Adhere to all safety protocols and building codes
- Collaborate with outside vendors and contractors when specialized repairs are needed
- Contribute to the overall upkeep of common areas and building exteriors
