Summary / Objective
The Maintenance Technician will have an expert level of understanding with all aspects of the Wireless Industry. Maintain full control of their crew’s production. Develop and plan out the complete build of the site. Identify change orders, possible obstacles and safety concerns which may prevent timely completion of the site work. This position will work with the supervisor to establish achievable scheduling and goals as determined by management CM / PM.
Essential Functions
Oversees crew members engaged in construction / maintenance activities.
Responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, tracking, assisting in cost control, and meeting PNL objective.
Ensures a safe work environment for team members.
Maintain daily paperwork required for the site and the crew.
Implement and follow through with job instructions provided by leadership.
Ensure safety and quality control requirements at your sites and with your crew.
Compile all site-specific closeout documentation for your work effort.
Upload closeout documentation to customer interfaces.
Coordinate with customer representative for site-related activities and maintain a good working relationship with a customer representative.
Provide leadership, guidance, and actively train / promote learning to all crew members.
Always maintain equipment and vehicles in an operational condition.

Competencies
Demonstrated expertise in construction skills, rigging, safety, and general industry knowledge.
Organizational, computer, and communication skills.
Must be able to read and interpret site plans, RFDS, construction drawings, and SOW.
Recognize and provide a safe work site with acceptable quality and efficiency.
Ability to lead, teach and train proper work and safety procedures.
Must be able to provide, record and manage paperwork (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc).
Supervisory Responsibility
Sets goals for performance and deadlines in ways the comply with company and clients plans and vision.
Trains new staff in the department.
Organizes / oversees workflow and ensuring that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks.
Monitors employee productivity and providing constructive feedback and coaching. Provides timely performance evaluations.
Partners with HR / Legal to address performance issues of employees in accordance with company policy.
Work Environment
Able to work in all non-climate-controlled environment and all-weather conditions except for unsafe or extreme weather conditions.

Required Education and Experience
3-5 years of industry experience.
