This role can be located anywhere in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities :

Market Development & Client Acquisition :

Identify potential clients and open doors to new business opportunities

Leverage industry insights and social media platforms to expand the company's reach

Develop and execute market development plans to engage new customers and increase market share

Sales Strategy & Forecasting :

Collaborate with the sales team to define and implement sales strategies

Present and report on sales performance, provide insights into market conditions, and forecast future sales

Trade Shows & Networking :

Attend relevant trade shows, conferences, and networking events

Represent the company in meetings with potential clients, presenting technical solutions and business value

Partnerships & Business Development :

Develop strategic partnerships with key contractors, technology providers, and other relevant organizations

Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling within existing accounts

Technical Support & Expertise :

Provide technical expertise in pre-sales discussions, helping to configure and present the right solutions for clients' needs

Sales Reporting & Performance Analysis :

Regularly review and report on sales performance, market trends, and potential new business

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related technical discipline

3+ years of experience in a sales engineering or technical sales role

Strong understanding of automated test solutions, test instrumentation, software tools (LabVIEW, Python, etc.)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proven ability to build trust with customers and provide effective technical solutions

Willingness to travel as needed to support sales activities, customer meetings, and product demonstrations

Compensation :

125k to $150k base salary plus commission (based on experience)
