The Warehouse Admin Specialist supports administrative monitoring and warehouse operations by loading, unloading, ordering and tracking freight.
Job Responsibilities :

Job Requirements / Education & Experience :
Physical Demands :
Ability to perform strenuous physical activities including, but not limited to : Regularly lifting objects weighing over 80 pounds, occasionally lifting objects over 100 pounds.
Work involves moving continuously in a fast-paced environment, standing, talking, hearing, using hands to finger, handle, feel or operate objects, tools, or controls and reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to walk (20%), sit (5%), climbing (5%), balance (5%), stand (20%), stoop (5%), kneel (5%), reach (10%), push, lift, bend (20%) and smell (5%). Skill in operation of some of the listed tools and equipment; and ability to perform heavy manual tasks for extended periods of time.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment :
This position works in a warehouse setting, with some outdoor exposure during the workday. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones, and standard warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, box cutters, and tape dispensers.
Attendance :
Employee is expected to be on the job and on time every scheduled workday. Employee's work hours can change from day to day. It is his / her responsibility to know when the workday starts and ends on each scheduled workday. If it is necessary that you will be absent or late for any reason, employee needs to call direct manager by 8 : 00 am on the first and each subsequent day the employee will be absent or late. If employee is absent for more than 3 days a doctor's note (explanation) is required.
