Knowledgeable in air and ocean import general processes
General understanding of bonded procedures, 7512, ISF, warehouse entry, consumption entry
Track and trace shipments
Process quote requests
Arrange payment to vendors, carrier, airlines, etc.
Arrange customs formalities
Arrange pickup and delivery to final consignee
Maintain communication with customers and build good relationship between agent, overseas partners, customers, vendors, etc
Works well in group / team setting
Can work under pressure and understand how to work in order of priority
Foreign Trade Zone knowledge a plus.
