Experience with REST / SOAP APIs and middleware tools. Certifications (Preferred) : Health Cloud AP, OmniStudio Developer, Salesforce Platform Developer I / II, Admin / App Builder. Soft Skills : Strong leadership, communication, mentoring ability, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
Job Description :
Pay Range : $50hr - $55hr
Responsibilities :
- Health Cloud Expertise & Solution Ownership : Act as the Health Cloud SME, lead solution design using Health Cloud data models, care management workflows, assessments, and member / provider structures. Translate business requirements into scalable and secure architectures.
- Omni Studio Development & Architecture : Lead OmniStudio development including OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards while ensuring performance optimization and best practices.
- Hands-On Salesforce Development : Perform hands-on coding using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and SOQL / SOSL. Develop scalable components and own complex requirements.
- Team Leadership & Technical Guidance : Help developers troubleshoot issues, resolve blockers, conduct code reviews, and provide mentorship to strengthen team capability.
- DevOps & Copado Release Management : Manage CI / CD pipelines, deployments, version control, and release processes using Copado. Ensure adherence to deployment best practices.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with Client, product owners, QA teams, and business stakeholders. Provide estimates, solution approaches, and technical feasibility guidance.
