Job descriptionRequirements Gathering : documenting business requirements for new features and enhancements on the Salesforce platform. Solution Design : Developing and proposing data-driven solutions that leverage Salesforce capabilities to address business challenges and improve processes. Project management : Author detailed user stories with acceptance criteria to guide the development team. Assist with Quality Assurance (QA) and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the solution meets business requirements. Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users on new features and best practices.
