Job Description :

Pay Range : $75hr - $80hr

Responsibilities :

Management of SAP RISE Managed Infrastructure :

Collaborate with business teams, SAP ECS, and IT cross-functional teams to design and optimize SAP’s cloud-based software and services portfolio.
Ensure scalability, high availability, and performance of SAP systems for long-term sustainability.
Act as technical owner of SAP cloud solutions and maintain knowledge of IBP, SAC, Datasphere, Ariba, and BTP.
Coordinate with functional product owners for issue resolution, maintenance, and upgrades.
Provide escalation support for critical incidents requiring cross-team collaboration and leadership.

Basis Administration :

Oversee BASIS support activities, including system provisioning, patch and version management, transport management, and performance monitoring.

Manage transformation project deliverables with systems integrators and define strategies for managing SAP applications in private and public clouds.

Establish metrics to monitor system health, ensure problem resolution, and implement security controls.

Security and Compliance :

Develop and enforce SAP security policies, access controls, and authorization mechanisms.

Define user roles, authorization, and provisioning processes with system integrators following best practices.

Conduct security assessments, vulnerability scans, and risk reviews.

Work with compliance teams to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.

Solution Architecture :

Translate business requirements into scalable and secure SAP architecture solutions.

Design end-to-end solutions that align with business objectives and consider maintainability and security.

Recommend SAP modules, components, and integration patterns.

Technical Leadership :

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to project teams, developers, and administrators.

Promote knowledge sharing and stay updated on SAP trends and best practices.

Collaboration and Communication :

Work with cross-functional teams, including developers, functional consultants, and project managers.

Present architectural proposals and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Requirement / Must Have :

Proven experience as an SAP Architect, BASIS Administrator, or similar role.

Strong knowledge of SAP landscapes, modules, and integrations.

Hands-on experience with S / 4HANA in an SAP RISE Managed Infrastructure environment.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

Strong technical expertise in SAP security concepts and role-based authorization.

Proficiency with SAP GRC tools and processes to support IT controls and access management.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex technical challenges.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Experience working with managed service partners (AMS) for SAP application support.

Qualification and Education :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

SAP certification (e.g., SAP Certified Technology Associate) preferred.

Experience :

10+ years of experience managing SAP landscapes.

Proven expertise in BASIS administration, SAP security, and solution architecture.
