Job descriptionWorkflow automation and process optimization. Dashboard development and data visualization. Project planning, tracking, and execution. Learning management systems and content delivery platforms. Supporting data accuracy, integrity, and reporting standards. Assess automation needs and design, develop, and implement automated workflows to streamline learning operations. Maintain and support existing workflow solutions and SharePoint lists. Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and workflow optimization. Troubleshoot automation issues and ensure seamless platform integration. Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to visualize learning metrics and organizational KPIs. Partner with stakeholders to define, track, and report learning effectiveness and business impact. Ensure data accuracy, security, and integrity across reporting systems. Support development and maintenance of SharePoint sites and knowledge management repositories. Manage projects using Smartsheet or similar tools, including status tracking and stakeholder communication. Collaborate with IT and L&D teams to implement and support technology solutions. Provide coaching and technical guidance to colleagues as appropriate. Master’s degree in a related discipline. Experience supporting global or enterprise-scale technology initiatives. Exposure to AI technologies, machine learning, or large language models. Experience working in regulated environments. Instructional design knowledge and experience supporting learning solutions. Familiarity with learning and collaboration tools and platforms. Workflow automation and integration. Power BI and data analytics. DAX programming. Project management and reporting. Requirement / Must Have :
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Technology Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Learning Technology, Instructional Design, or a related field.
- Demonstrated expertise with Power Automate (Flow) and Power BI.
- Strong proficiency with DAX for Power BI dashboards.
- Experience with Smartsheet or similar project management tools.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong interest in technology, data, and continuous improvement.
