Job descriptionExperience with LLM orchestration, autonomous agents, and prompt engineering. Knowledge of ServiceNow scripting and administrative workflows. Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and secure API development. ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD) are a plus.
Job Description :
Pay Range : $50hr - $55hr
Required Qualifications :
- Hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGPT).
- Strong understanding of RAG architecture, including vector databases, embedding models, and retrieval logic.
- Hands-on experience with Databricks in the following areas.
- Delta tables.
- workspaces.
- Model training using Databricks.
- ML lifecycle management.
- Deployment in Databricks GPU instances.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with NLP, email / document parsing, and LLM integration.
- Experience with ServiceNow APIs, data models, and workflow automation.
- Familiarity with security operations, request management, and SLA tracking.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative development environment.
